Conditions of Sale:  The herein described personal property will be offered at public auction by Farmers State Bank.  Although information has been obtained from sources deemed reliable, the auctioneer makes no warranty or guarantee, epxressed or implied, as to the accuracy of the information herein contained.  It is for th is reason that buysers should avial themselves of the opportunity to make personal inspection prior to the auction.  All items offered for sale shall be sold “as is, where is” with no guarantee expressed or implied.  Statements day of sale take precedence over printed material.

Payment:  Full payment must be made during or immediately following the auction in U.S. funds.  Payments must be by cash, personal check or company check.  Bidders who have not previously conducted business with Gardner’s Auction Service must have a letter from the payor’s bank guaranteeing payment to Gardner’s Auction Service.  No exceptions!  All checks are to be made payable to Gardner’s Auction Service.  Credit Cards and Cashiers Checks are not accepted.

Removal:  All items may be removed on Thursday during or following the auction until 6:00 pm or on Friday, May 25th from 9:00 am- 5:00 pm.  Everything must be removed from the auction site no later than Friday, May 25th at 5:00 pm.
